2. Who can use UroRef
UroRef is intended for healthcare professionals — primarily urology trainees, registrars, consultants, and allied healthcare staff. It is not intended as a patient information resource.

- You may use UroRef for personal, non-commercial clinical reference.
- You may not republish, scrape, or redistribute substantial portions of the content without permission.
- You may not use the content to build a competing product.
- You may not represent UroRef content as your own clinical authorship.

Content, design, and brand are © UroRef / Nity G. Open-source dependencies are used under their respective licences. The UroRef name and mark are reserved.
5. Contributions
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or content via the feedback form, you grant UroRef a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use that submission to improve the product. You will be credited where appropriate (e.g. for consultant content review).
6. Availability
We aim for the site and app to be available 24/7 but offer no guarantee. UroRef may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
